Cardno’s land development team assists with the development of an 820 acre master planned active adult community.

Festival Ranch Master Planned Community is approximately 10,105 acres, of which Cardno has assisted with the development of the Sun City Festival Active Adult Community. In addition to these multiple parcels of detached residential units, Cardno provided preliminary and final engineering services for a number of parcels, the Buckeye Fire House No. 704, the Pickle Ball Facility, which consists of 16 pickle ball courts and a community building, the Pet Park, Sun Valley Parkway Golf Cart Underpass, the Golf Course Grading Plans, and the Golf Club House, Bar, Patio, and Restaurant Expansion.   

Preliminary and final engineering services included: 

  • grading and drainage 
  • sewer 
  • water 
  • paving plans.  

Survey and mapping services included: 

  • topographic surveys 
  • results of surveys 
  • final plats 
  • legal descriptions  

Cardno has performed lotting studies for several parcels. Graphics support including lot mix maps, sales exhibits, and CFD graphics.    

Festival Ranch also includes a single family detached product known as Festival Foothills, for which Cardno has provided preliminary and final engineering services for Units 25 and 27.
