Environmental Site Assessment - Canada

Phase I ESA - Church grounds with storage building and canoes

Cardno performed environmental services for a major land owner in Canada.

Cardno performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to identify recognized environmental conditions and certain potential environmental conditions outside the scope at the time of the site reconnaissance.

The scope of the assessment included current and historic physical setting characteristics and usage of the site, observations and interviews, usage of adjoining properties, and environmental agency databases and local environmental records.

Additional services included consideration of a mold screening, visual observation and sampling, radon document review, lead in drinking water data review, visual observation of lead-based paint, wetlands document review, and flood plain document review.

This assessment revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property.
