T2ue continues expansion with new utility engineering office in Edmonton
T2 Utility Engineers (T2ue) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Utility Engineering and Surveying Services (UES) from a new office in Edmonton, AB.
The new location – 4600 99th Street, NW in the Letourneau Centre – is now open with an expanded staff to respond to the market’s increased need and demand for UES in Edmonton and the surrounding area. T2ue is a subsidiary of professional infrastructure and environmental services firm Cardno.
As part of the City of Edmonton’s Owners Consultant team led by AECOM, T2ue was selected to provide Utility Coordination (UC) services for the Yellowhead Trail Freeway Conversion Project. T2ue will be overseeing UC work as the UC lead for the $1 billion freeway project. This project includes making the road a free-flowing freeway with two new interchanges, significant roadway improvements, and hundreds of utility relocations.
The Edmonton team’s experts will focus on Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Utility Coordination services. Their goal is to further develop relationships with engineering consulting teams, municipalities, and provincial departments across Alberta. T2ue staff in the Edmonton office have decades of utility design and coordination experience, coupled with right-of-way management and utility restoration expertise and a full understanding of national and provincial regulations.
