Justine Parker elected to serve on AIHA’s Board of Directors
Cardno ChemRisk Senior Managing Health Scientist Justine Parker was recently named to the Board of Directors of the American Industrial Health Association (AIHA).
Justine was nominated by her AIHA peers to serve in the position. She has previously served the AIHA in a number of leadership and volunteer positions.
“This appointment is a reflection of Justine’s tireless dedication to the field of industrial hygiene,” said Dana Hollins, MPH, CIH, Senior Principal Health Scientist. “Our entire Cardno ChemRisk team is honored to have one of our staff members serving on the AIHA board.”
The AIHA is the association for scientists and professionals committed to preserving and ensuring occupational and environmental health and safety in the workplace and community. Justine’s role as a director will support the mission of the AIHA board to empower those who apply scientific knowledge to protect all workers from occupational hazards.
Senior Managing Health Scientist Justine Parker, CIH, CSP, CHMM, CPH, possesses more than 18 years of experience in health sciences, including industrial hygiene, exposure assessment, and occupational health. She is experienced in creating custom hazard prevention, and control and educational risk communication programs for infection diseases, such as Ebola and COVID-19.
