Environmental remediation expert Vincent Battaglia joins Cardno’s Petaluma office
Cardno is pleased to announce that Vincent Battaglia has returned to the firm as Senior Project Manager in the company’s Petaluma, CA, USA office. Vincent specializes in bioremediation and is an expert in performing soil and groundwater assessments, water/wastewater treatment, and project management team structuring. He previously worked for Cardno as a project manager/environmental consultant from 2006 to 2015.
Vincent has designed, maintained, and operated multiple groundwater and vapor remediation systems and is well versed in soil-vapor intrusion and vapor intrusion modelling. As a project manager, he has led multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, and permit specialists. His project experience includes the management of National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and National Resource Damage Assessment teams during the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill clean-up.

Vincent holds a Master’s of Science in Soils and Biogeochemistry from the University of California Davis.
