Congratulations to Cardno’s 2018 Richard Kell Scholarship winner, Jason Stewart
Cardno congratulates Jason Stewart (Civil and Environmental Engineer, Gosford) as winner of the 2018 Richard Kell Scholarship.
As part of the winning the scholarship, Jason will participate in the highly regarded International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Young Professionals Management Training Program. Participants will undertake an intensive management-training program based on case studies and discussions of management issues within an international team of participants and mentors.
As part of the program, he will travel to Mexico City to network with key global players in the consulting industry at the FIDIC Conference next year.
Jason explains how this scholarship and the FIDIC Program will make a difference to his career.
“Over the past year, I have gained a degree of management experience through project managing smaller scale projects in my field of civil and environmental engineering. In the future, I wish to further my management experience.”
“I believe that participating in the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Young Professionals Management Training program, and the conference will be highly valuable in progressing this pursuit,” said Jason.
Jason’s submission included two key strategies to help Cardno provide competitive engineering services that ‘make a difference’ for the world into the future.
The Richard Kell Scholarship acknowledges Cardno’s first Chairman and his contribution to the business. It is just one of four Cardno scholarships open to employees globally.
