Cardno supports Stephanie’s twin challenge

Long-serving Cardno employee Stephanie Hudgins and her husband Josh are new parents after welcoming twins, Charleigh and Cayton to their family.

Stephanie has worked with Cardno for over 13 years in environmental consulting from our Riverview office in Florida, the United States. She is an integral part of the team; supporting business development across a range of service lines including environmental permitting, water resources, cultural resources, environmental restoration, and natural resources.

Stephanie is taking advantage of Cardno’s generous parental leave program to focus on her family.

“Having twins is challenging, but not having to worry about coming back to work right away and having my salary compensated helps our family focus on this important time together,” said Stephanie.

Stephanie is taking 16 weeks of paid parental leave, available to primary caregivers who have completed more than five years’ continuous service.
