Brownfields & site development expert joins Cardno's office
Cardno is pleased to announce that Robert Hall has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager for Environmental in the company’s Greenville, SC, USA office. Robert brings 17 years of broad environmental experience, including real estate due diligence, tank extractions, industrial hygiene assessments (asbestos, lead, PCBs), pre-demolition/construction specification services, and groundwater and subsurface investigations to Cardno’s growing team.
His recent projects have involved design and planning for remediation and demolition of large manufacturing facilities and design specifications for the removal of asbestos materials from within coal-combustion residual ash pits.
“Coming to Cardno is a great opportunity for me to join a team of professionals with in-depth experience on redevelopment projects,” said Robert. “I’ll be part of a team working to rehabilitate and renovate large historic manufacturing facilities instead of tearing down these significant landmarks.”
“We’re excited to bring Robert and his vast experience on substantial brownfield and site development projects throughout the Southeast to Cardno,” said Cardno Branch Manager Keith Ziobron. “His hands-on project experience and technical knowledge in areas such as environmental site assessments and industrial hygiene will serve our clients throughout the Southeast.”
Robert is a licensed Professional Geologist and a Certified Asbestos Building Inspector in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.
