Bradley Elliott
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Water/Wastewater Infrastructure
Wollongong, New South Wales
Bradley is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience in a wide range of water infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and pipeline. Bradley has experience in the management of multi-discipline design teams and conducting the process mechanical design for water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
David Wassman
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Ecology
Sunshine Coast, Queensland
David Wassman is a CEnvP and Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional who has been with Cardno since mid-2010. David has approximately 15 years' experience in the environmental field working as a field ecologist and site environmental advisor. He has a broad range of environmental skills, specialising in the areas of ecological assessments, vegetation management, flora and fauna surveys and Regional Ecosystem mapping and classification. He provides specialist ecological and general environmental advice to clients across a range of sectors including linear infrastructure, mining, local government, industrial and commercial development and master planning.


David Whyte
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Water Resources
Sydney, New South Wales
David is a Water Engineer with 19 years' experience in the water industry. David specialises in hydrology, hydraulic modelling and drainage design. David has experience in delivering a wide range of projects including hydrology, one-dimensional and two-dimensional hydraulic numerical modelling, flood studies and flood risk management studies, transport infrastructure, urban drainage, dam break assessments, environmental assessments, water infrastructure investigations and coastal, estuarine, wetland, lake and river system studies.

Brendan Alderson
Brendan has worked in the field of aquatic environmental research and consultancy for over 18 years as a scientist specialising in aquatic ecology. He has conducted ecological work throughout Australia, specialising in environmental assessments, management plans and monitoring programs.

Mary Timms
Mary is a terrestrial ecologist and environmental scientist with over 12 years' experience in the environment industry. She is a Certified Environmental Practitioner experienced in providing specialist ecological and environmental advice to a broad range of clients including local and state government, transport, construction, linear infrastructure, private and commercial developments, conservation and environmental planning.

Stuart McTaggart
Stuart is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 17 years’ experience in stormwater drainage, flood risk management, water quality management and civil engineering design. He has worked in Australia and the UK and across public and private sectors. He has helped deliver a wide variety of projects ranging from small-scale residential through to nationally significant infrastructure.

Gary Patterson
Gary has 23 years’ experience in the field of water and wastewater engineering throughout Australia and South Africa. His strong technical knowledge in the design and delivery of water and wastewater projects covering treatment plants, pumping stations, trunk infrastructure and project management together with his skills in collaborative project delivery delivers client-oriented outcomes.
