David James
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Environment
Perth, Western Australia
David is Regional Manager of WA/NT for Cardno with over 16 years of technical expertise in contamination/environmental assessments and management and more recently experience Mine Closure and in senior leadership and management roles in the consulting industry in Australia. He has vast experience in large scale remediation (soil/sediment, air and groundwater) and industrial and mine site decommissioning within a remediation scientist, project management and stakeholder management role.
David has recently specialised in the assessment, management and remediation of a range of site impacted by per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) including Defence, mine’s, landfills, refineries and former industrial sites. David has demonstrated capability in leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, cultural change, entrepreneurship and innovation, business development and team building. In particular, managing and developing staff to apply expertise to decision-making, planning and creative solutions.
Jacob Martin
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Traffic & Transport Planning
Perth, Western Australia
Jacob is responsible for traffic and transport analysis throughout regional and metropolitan Western Australia, including studies for mixed-use, residential, recreational and commercial developments. He has experience in the evaluation of complex traffic and transport scenarios at all scales, from individual site assessment to network infrastructure and city master planning.


Warren Steiner
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Property
Brisbane, Queensland
Warren is a Chartered Civil Engineer experienced in the planning, design and delivery of infrastructure and land development projects within Australia and the United Kingdom. Warren specialises in the management of multidiscipline teams offering wide-ranging skills through the feasibility, planning, design and construction phases. Warren is experienced working across a number of master-planned development projects in South-East Queensland.
Stephen Walker
SENIOR PRINCIPAL | Asset Management
Brisbane, Queensland
Stephen is a Chartered Engineer and Economist experienced in the asset management of public infrastructure including water and sewerage, power, roads and public facilities (education, health). Stephen has particular expertise in the areas of capital expenditure governance and expenditure efficiency assessment. He has also led a number of strategic asset management projects and for the implementation of ISO55001 for local, state and federal government organisations.
