Cardno and Engineers Australia explore the missing link in asset management

Cardno and Engineers Australia together hosted an industry leading seminar on asset management and the importance of leadership on the 4 October in Sydney, Australia.
The seminar hosted 110 professionals at the venue in Sydney and over 100 webinar attendees across Australia. The speakers and panellists explored multiple key themes that aligned asset management and leadership including leadership in an environment with high new capital expenditure, obstacles to leadership and opportunities in ISO55001.
During the evening event, Cardno’s Project Director of Transport, Mike Cush, was a panellist who shared lessons he has learnt working on various infrastructure and building projects.
‘From my experience working on multiple projects with an emphasis on assets and asset management, I’ve experienced first-hand the importance on leadership as being vital to successfully deliver major projects,’ said Mike.
