About you
Do you have demonstrated experience in designing and conducting learning and development (L&D) programs, preferably within the context of the basic education sector? Do you want to work in an education project that makes a difference? Then, this opportunity is right for you!
About the role
The Short-Term Adviser is responsible for developing the learning resource packages (training designs, session/ training guides, slide decks, and handouts) for all programs identified in the Department of Education’s Capacity-based Learning and Development (CBLD) Plan on Research Management. It is also expected that s/he will coordinate and consult with critical stakeholders and subject matter experts (especially for highly specialized topics) to ensure proper scoping and appropriateness of content.

About the program
The BEST Program is a partnership between the Governments of the Philippines and Australia, which aims to contribute to improving the quality of teachers, curriculum and assessment, learning materials and education facilities and to build the Department of Education’s capacity to continuously enrich quality, effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
