About you
  
Do you have demonstrated experience on the development and packaging of technical documentations for a Learner Information System (LIS)? Do you want to work in an education project that makes a difference? Then, this opportunity is right for you!
  
About the role
  
As Technical Writer / System Documentor, the role will develop and package the required technical documentations for a Learner Information System. These will include Systems Design Documentation (in coordination with the Systems Architect), Users Manuals, and Systems Administrator’s Guides. The position will also assist in the development and tracking/versioning of Information Systems   documentation. He or she will help other members of the team in the development of other essential technical documentation for ICT Systems.

About the program
  
The Basic Education Sector Transformation (BEST) Program is a partnership between the Governments of the Philippines and Australia, which aims to contribute to improving the quality of teachers, curriculum and assessment, learning materials and education facilities and to build the Department of Education’s capacity to continuously enrich quality, effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
