Welcome to Cardno JFNew

Cardno JFNew has been providing ecological consulting and ecosystem restoration services to public and private clients for more than twenty years.

We have the resources and technical expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to address complex environmental and natural resource management challenges.

Our multidisciplinary team of more than 150 professionals is located in offices across the Midwestern US.

We provide expertise in wetlands and water resources management; natural resources management, including wildlife and habitat restoration, sustainability and conservation, natural stormwater/green infrastructure solutions; and cultural resource management. We also provide expertise in the streamlined management of federal, state and local regulatory permitting and compliance.

Cardno JFNew operates one of the largest native plant and seed nurseries in the nation, specialising in large-scale wetland, restoration and mitigation projects. The nursery provides more than 355 species of quality-assured native species.

The nursery also provides innovative natural bioengineering/erosion control products, such as vegetated coir logs and mats, as well as live stakes and fascines.

Two online resources are available. The Native Browser is a database of native plants selected by site specifics. The online Resource Catalog contains a great deal of information about native landscaping and restoration.
