Ian Johnston is Executive Chairman Corporate Finance of ABN AMRO Morgans Limited and a member of its advisory board. Following a career of nearly 25 years in the banking industry, Ian joined ABN AMRO Morgans in 1988 as Head of Corporate Finance.

He has been involved in a significant number of initial public offerings, capital raisings, and corporate transactions during his career. Ian's Board memberships include AAM Foundation Limited, Symbiosis Group Limited, and The Rock Building Society Limited.
