 As a practiced project manager, Anissa has wide ranging experience with client, stakeholder and community liaison. Anissa has worked closely with private and public land developers, private bus operators, community groups and Local Governments.
Before working with Cardno Eppell Olsen, Anissa spent seven years at Baulkham Hills Shire Council and was responsible for the transport planning, including their local and regional transport modelling and the development of their Integrated Transport Strategy. During this time Anissa was responsible for assessing all large development applications, re-zoning, DCP and Masterplan applications. Anissa also prepared Traffic Studies for numerous Local Environmental Plans and Development Control Plans for the Baulkham Hills Shire.
Anissa has extensive experience in traffic and parking studies and the development of Section 94 Contributions Plans for both rural and urban local governments and as well as traffic impact assessments for private developments. Anissa has provided Statements of Evidence and Expert Witness testimonies to the Land and Environment Court. Throughout her career Anissa has gained extensive experience and knowledge in the field of transport planning including utilising various transport modelling packages. |
