With over 30 years of experience, Les has worked in the area of Structural Engineering. He has held senior management roles and has been involved in the management of multi-discipline teams. He has held the position of Principal or Lead Engineer on the Argyle Diamond Project, Channar Iron Ore mine and the Mt Keith Nickel projects as well as a number of other major projects for clients.

Callum Neil M.I.E. Aust. C.P.Eng
With over 25 years engineering experience in the resources sector both in Australia and overseas, Callum gained his early engineering experience in the United Kingdom, initially in the building industry and then the oil and gas industries. Returning to Australia, Callum worked extensively in the mining and processing industries for a number of years. He then returned to the local oil and gas industry where he spent 10 years in various design and lead engineer roles. Callum gain further international exposure working in Taiwan in the steel and processing industry and in Singapore in the oil and gas industry. He has also completed complimentary studies in Naval Architecture.
