Delivering quality health services in developing countries is a complex challenge. Approximately 42 million people live with HIV/AIDS in developing countries. Delivery of appropriate health care requires financial and human resources, reliable health information and policies aimed at ensuring the most disadvantaged are reached. Cardno's international development assistance divisions work with government departments, health service providers, non government organisations and communities to facilitate and support the delivery of consistent, effective healthcare solutions.
Our project teams manage programs in areas of need worldwide. We address the social, economic, cultural and gender issues linked with the HIV/AIDS crisis. With three million people dying of AIDS annually, combating HIV/AIDS is one of the most pressing development priorities.
